"Beautiful, clean, and quiet. An amazing place to stay!!"

"All around nasty!"

"We booked the room via Expedia. When we arrived the parking lot WREAKED of smoke. Couldn't get up to the doors without choking from smoke. The outside walls has plaster missing up under the air conditioning units. We knew we couldn't breathe through the night and everything looked sketchy. So we drove away as we knew they couldn't refund us as we paid through Expedia. Hope there is a way to get refunded from Expedia."

"Very clean and view was great and a very quiet place to relaxHost was fantastic "

"Great location for me"

"The Cozy Cottage #1 was a fun place to take our grandkids for a brief stay. The two lofts with queen beds and the front porch swing were a hit with them! Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had full-sized appliances, and surroundings were quiet. It was great for an overnight stay to enjoy the area state parks!"

"Great place off the beaten path. Clean with great amenities. I would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was easy to find and the property was perfect for our travel and visit needs. The restaurant is amazing too!"

"Excellent stay for our family — so convenient and the hosts were very attentive."

"The host was excellent responded very quickly. The place was very quiet and peaceful. It was an all around great experience and i would highly recommend"

"Temps were very hot when we were there. It had an excellent air conditioner, which we so appreciated…. There were no curtains in the main living room, which meant no privacy for sleeping on the sofa bed….. Breakfasts on the deck watching the longhorn cows were very pleasant!….. During the long weekend we were there, we never heard from or saw the host at all. The tiny house was very clean. It could have had a better skillet."

"Great little cozy place."

"Great place to stay. Very close to many state parks and other attractions. Property is very peaceful, yet fun for a 6 year old. Definitely will stay again in the future."

"Host personally met us and provided a tour of property. The property was private, beautiful, and peaceful. The house had everything we needed with 5 super comfortable beds and a huge couch in the 4 season room. The photos don't do it justice. I absolutely loved the huge 4 season room overlooking the lake. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again."

"Amazing place, great pool, fun place"
